How to use |
| |
1.Cement type dental prosthesis |
| |
(1)After the impression copying of an implant in a mouth, manufacture a model and connect the Zir-i abutment to the model. Then, mark on an abutment with a pencil according to the shapes of gingival and crown. |

(2)Separate the Zir-i abutment from the model and link it to a fixture analog or a technical handle. Then, infuse water and cut the abutment along the final marks on a model trimmer with diamond wheels. |

(3)Use green stone low speed hand piece (At least 30,000rpm) to trim the final shape or the surface of the abutment. Or trim it with a high speed hand piece with a diamond bar. (At least 120,000rmp). |

(4)Too thin wall or little support of a finally shaped crown could cause a fracture. |
| |
(Reference) Porcelain powder can be mounted on a Zir-i abutment to get desirable colors and shapes. |

(5)Connect the trimmed abutment inside the mouth and verify the seating of the joint through the radioactive camera. And tighten at 32Nc, carefully using a hand torque driver. |

(6)Conduct the impression as mentioned above and manufacture the final crown. |

2.Dental prosthesis using screw fixation |
| |
(1)After the impression copying of an implant in a mouth, manufacture a model and connect the Zir-i abutment to the model. Then, mark on an abutment with a pencil according to the shapes of gingival and crown. |

(4)Porcelain powder can be mounted on a Zir-i abutment to get desirable colors and shapes. To prevent the fracture of porcelain powder, keep the width of it below 1mm. Use caution not to inject porcelain powder at a joint of screw hole and the joint of an abutment and an implant. |

(5)The quality of an abutment is directly linked to the loosening of a screw. Dentists must use high quality abutment screws. |

(6)The optimal tightening power of a torque stands between 30 and 32Ncm. |
| |
(7)The Zir-i is easy to verified as it is radioactive impermeable. Verify the seating of the joint through the radioactive camera. |

(8)It has to be tightened at least three times with appropriate torque. |
